In terms of appearance, this gearbox is similar to the solar gearbox, with the difference that there is no pinion gear in this type of gearbox, and instead, a bearing with an unusual rotation is used, and the torque force is transmitted through the application of a two-level sliding load.

Cyclo gearbox is zero backlash gearbox. This advantage has caused it to be able to bear the instantaneous load (Shock) up to 5 times more than other industrial gearboxes. In the structure of such a gearbox, bearings, rigid rotating plate (disc), eccentric bearing, output shaft and pin and bushing are used. The eccentric bearing has a roller structure, an inner seat and a rack, each of which can be replaced if there is a problem.

Transmission of torque in cyclo gearbox is done by sliding plates on each other. This type of power transmission creates very high efficiency, high reliability and shock tolerance due to the absence of shear stress between the gears of the gearbox. This type of gearbox has different dimensions. Its torque range is between 7.2 and 68200 Nm. It has the ability to connect to an electric gearbox with a power range of 0.12 to 55 kW.
