Industrial automation Equipment
Industrial automation equipment refers to a set of equipment and systems that are used using different control systems to operate machines, processes and many other systems. By using industrial automation equipment, the user can work in a simpler, faster and more focused way on production and industrial processes. At the same time, in many complex processes, by using industrial automation equipment, human power can be removed from the production chain and these processes can be assigned to programmable commands. Industrial automation equipment increases the quality of products and at the same time reduces production and design costs.
In general, industrial automation equipment is divided into three types:
Rigid or fixed industrial automation equipment: These equipment are useful for repetitive applications and cannot be reprogrammed for other applications.
Programmable or programmable industrial automation equipment: In this type of industrial automation equipment, by using reprogramming of a specific class of product and process functions can be changed. This type of industrial automation equipment is not suitable for completely different products and there is a difficult process for such a change. It is better to make changes only in the class of the original product.
Flexible or soft industrial automation equipment: In this type of industrial automation equipment, many changes can be made in the type of product or processes, and they are completely flexible in this regard.
