In the past, industries used relays to control their production processes. The relay control panel should be replaced soon, it consumes a lot of electricity and it is very difficult to find problems in it. Therefore, PLC (programmable logic controller) entered the market.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a digital computer that is used to control many processes in various industries. PLC (programmable logic controller) can continue to work in harsh conditions and has high resistance to heat and cold, dust, humidity, etc. A PLC (programmable logic controller) has a microprocessor that is coded with computer language.

The PLC (programmable logic controller) program is written on the computer and then transferred to the PLC through a cable. These loaded programs are stored on the hard memory of the PLC (programmable logic controller). A special programming language for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) called Ladder Logic has also been developed.

PLC (programmable logic controller) hardware includes microprocessor, memory, input and output, power supply and programming tool.
